When we were little girls and boys We were victims of their ploys.
With much dogma we were fed And down life’s path we were led.
Those who tell us where it’s at Sometimes wear a silly hat.
They say our future will be sunny Then they ask us for our money.
Remember that faith in any season Asks us to surrender reason.
Dump the dogma and you will find That you have taken back your mind.
